Registration

1. My PC is not connected to the Internet, so I cannot perform "User Registration."
2. I do not have an e-mail address, so I cannot perform "User Registration."
3. The "User Registration" dialog box opens every time the program is started.
4. When I try to register using the "User Registration" dialog, I can not because an error has occurred.
5. I want to change my user registration information.
