Ichikawa Soft Laboratory Co., Ltd. The Company may outsource a part of its business operations. In such case, the Company will select a third party after confirming that the third party has a sufficient level of security in handling personal information. The Company will stipulate in contracts and other agreements the matters necessary to prevent the leakage of personal information, including the proper management of personal information and the maintenance of confidentiality, and will supervise the proper management of personal information.

Sharing of Personal Information

The Company will share personal information among Techno Horizon Co., Ltd., its subsidiaries and affiliates (hereinafter referred to as the "Company group").
Even when sharing personal information, the Company group will use it within the scope of the purposes of use as described above. The items of personal information shared among the Company group are as follows:

GDPR Privacy Policy

Ichikawa Soft Laboratory Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") will comply with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and other relevant laws and regulations when handling personal data of persons residing in the EEA (hereinafter referred to as the "Regional Information Provider"), and will use such data appropriately in light of the nature of our business.

6. Cross-border data transfer

We may transfer personal data of the data subject from our offices (branches, representative offices, local subsidiaries, etc.) in countries or regions within the EU to our sales offices in Japan or to our group's overseas offices.
